Noel had an Angel over her shoulder one day in November when she was found under a truck by a Policeman.
Little Noel is a tiny, sweet little girl who just loves everybody. Now little Noel does have a few problems but please do not tell her, she gets around just fine. One of her eyes is much smaller then the other, she does have some vision problems, she is also hard of hearing, she can hear loud noises. Her little head is an odd shape, her neck sort of turns to the left most of the time, which is a birth defect. And she has the cutest underbite, showing all her lower pearly whites.

 We need more temporary foster homes for small dogs.  This time of the year it seems that many kennels/mills are cleaning out for the winter.  Many are in states where the laws have changed and they need to downsize their "inventory".  If rescue doesn't take them, too many of these helpless souls will be needlessly killed. 
We need YOU.
